Amazing sounds, great artwork and mind blowing audio-visual-experiences  – our French friends Loo & Placido surely are two of the most creative guys we know. They never stop working on new ideas and now, they even reinvented themselves:
Ladies & Gentlemen please goodbye Loo & Placido and give a warm welcome to LOOPIDO!

Loopido’s the name and  COMBOCLAP stands for the new sound. A mix of House Music with some Jamaican and urban sounds powdered with a touch of Bass to keep it modern and futuristic. And as a reference to the Jamaican word ‚Bomboclat‘, Comboclap also stands for unexpected surprises! Want a teaser? Here you go:

Pushing on with The Allergies

‘Push On’, the second album of our friends The Allergies, will hit the stores on July 28, 2017. It will again be released via Jalapeno Records and is available on Digital/CD/LP formats.

The new release blends Latin beats, boogie, northern soul, UK rap, psych breaks, funk, disco and ‘headnod business’ to a unique party sound. “I think we literally made a track for every style of music we like,” says Rackabeat from The Allergies in their latest interview with independent online mag Something you said.

Throughout the last months The Allergies toured some of the most important clubs and festivals in Europe. One highlight was surely playing alongside BBC6 Music’s Craig Charles at Glastonbury with more than 5,000 enthusiastic music lovers dancing to their sound.

‘Push On’ will also be promoted with a club and festival tour in autumn / winter 2017.

Strictly Rhythm Reunion Tour

If you’re into house music, this will definitely make your day: Strictly Rhythm is back and we’re very proud and happy to welcome them to the bureau45 roster!

Since it’s formation in 1989, Strictly Rhythm has been one of dance music’s most successful and influential labels that defined house music throughout the 1990s, With “Talk dirty”, a collaboration of Kenny Dope and Roland Clarke released in May, Strictly Rhythm marked the 900th release in their incredible sound history.

In collaboration with our colleagues from Dutch agency Lost in Music we will bring the Strictly Rhythm Reunion Tour to Germany, Austria and Switzerland.

So if you ever dreamed of having Todd Terry, Kenny Dope, Josh Butler, Ultra Naté, Roland Clarke and the likes playing your clubs, festival and events, this is the time to make it true!

Eleven years and counting

Wow! It’s 2017 and bureau45 can look back on eleven years of passionate work & great music, amazing DJs and incredible live shows.

We asked our artists for some shouts on the anniversary and were overwhelmed by the responses. Thank you all for your support, creativity, trust, fun, hard work, and music!

„Credit to the edit“ goes to Funkdooby who put all the shouts together into two incredible shorts. He’s not just a master on the turntables but also when it comes to editing videos and movies.

Part 1 includes The Allergies, DJ Angelo, Funkdooby, DJ Woody, Kormac, Marc Hype Gärtner, MC Rene, Dero & Klumzy, Daniel Neumann and Mr. Nice Guy.

No. 2 features Boca 45, Loo & Placido, JSTAR, Ursula 1000, The Sweet Life Society, DJ Maestro & Smoove.

Our love and thanks of course do not only go out to our artists but the entire bureau45 family: festivals, clubs, promoters, friends, partners, supporters and the people who come over to the shows, listen and dance.

Mop Mop: Jazz Aliens From Outta Space

Mop Mop and bureau45 have a lot in common: They both started in 2005, they share the love for great music in all its forms, genres and from sources around the globe. And they both continue to spread their vision in 2017. We’re very happy that we can bring Mop Mop to your clubs and festivals!

Their latest album, „Lunar Love“, was released in Summer 2016 and blends Jazz with elements of dub, electronics, funk and world music. The reviews were amazing and came from dedicated music mags as well as from renowned newspaper such as Le Monde and Financial Times.

February 2017 brought a remix Vinyl ep with 3 tracks of Lunar Love re-interpreted for club floors by artists such as Kalbata, Nicola Cruz, DJ Khalab und sUb_modU.

Mop Mop is available as a band with 3 – 7 musicians, so they’ll work for small clubs and big stages alike. Contact us for details!
