Yarah embraced music from all over the world to develop her unique flow of soulful, jazzual, intelligent and political hip-hop. She was a founder of super-group One Self (Ninja Tune), front woman of DJ Vadim’s The Soundcatcher Soundsystem (BBE), and shared stages with everyone from Wu Tang Clan, Public Enemy to Fat Freddys Drop and Asian Dub Foundation.

She plays clubs and festivals with her live band 
or as a soundsystem, singer plus dj set or drummer.
